Does your advice to avoid salt applies to all salts? Thanks a lot.

Mini FAQ (1 minute reading):
How does the app solve the problem of pressure monitoring?
You can input data to the application in two ways: manually after each measurement or automatically via Bluetooth technology integrated into blood pressure monitors by A&D company.

What does the app actually do?
The Pressure Diary accumulates the results of pressure measurements. The longer you use the application, the better you will comprehend and feel your own body. By using the app during a long time you will be able to actually see your pressure.

What is the advantage over other similar applications?
This is the only application able to integrate with bluetooth blood pressure monitors by A&D company.

Strict compliance with recommendations of the World Health Organization. We have acquired the knowledge of what the Pressure Diary should be in order to help people.

I am wondering about beans and legumes though. I have been told beans are not good for people with autoimmune issues, do you agree or feel that they are okay as long as you soak them?

It is much easier to prescribe a pill. Much of the newest research on HBP is being done using ambulatory BP readings over a 24 hour period. By using the ambulatory procedure a good baseline of a patient’s BP can be found. In recent research in Australia with 8500 patients researchers found that there is a huge difference in a patient’s BP readings when a nurse takes the BP and when the doctor takes it after the baseline has been found. When a nurse takes the BP there can be a 19 point difference from the baseline and when the doctor takes it there can be a 27 point difference from the baseline. There is a lot of research being done on white coat hypertension and it has been estimated that around 1/3 of patients who don’t have hypertension outside of the doctor’s office have this problem. Other research has also shown that there can be at least a 10 point difference between taking the reading on the right arm instead of the left arm. Research has also shown that home monitoring is more accurate than that taken by the nurse or doctor. One thing that is constantly forgotten is that in order to have a more accurate reading it is of vital importance that the body and the heart be relaxed whether it be at the doctor’s office or at home. It usually takes from about 10 to 15 minutes for the heart to be relaxed enough for an appropriate BP reading. Some doctors actually don’t want to prescribe drugs for a patient who doesn’t have a problem. Consequently, they seek to find if a patient really does have HBP.
