I read a lot of your articles – I’m sure you’ve seen a least a few of the studies that support massage therapy on not only with cortisol levels but many other things like sleep , back, neck, sciatica and carpal tunnel pain, digestion, circulation of both the blood and lymph, ect. like your articles except for the fact that many of them should include massage. If under stress and adrenal fatigue a lot of times cortisol levels are low during the day and high at night.
Taking ashwaghanda and rhodiola during the day always made me feel worse because they reduce cortisol levels. The only thing that made me feel better is taking an adrenal glandular.
Right now I’m taking Standard Process Symplex M (they have Symplex F for women) and it’s making me feel calmer during the day but when work gets stressful I may have to take a full adrenal glandular again.

Since your adrenal glands sit on top of kidney is it possible that I only have one also? I have had problems with high blood pressure since I was a teenager, always been “draggy” , figured I was just lazy. I exercise regularly but always feel so tired not good like most people do after. Never tested for low levels, doctor just said maybe I’m just depressed and wants to give me antidepressants, which I did not get.
