I looked up the temperature that destroys scabies & it is 120 degrees for 10 minutes.
I have heavy metal poisoning & sauna every morning at 135 degrees for 1/2 hour!
So sauna is the answer! You can also sauna bedding, clothing etc instead of washing & drying & kill those buggers!
Even sofa cushions can sauna!
