My daughter used to have eczema when she was 1 and after eliminating a few common food allergens, I eventually put them back in her diet and took her off tomatoes became of their acidity and she’s been eczema free since. She’s 4 now and I’ve also discovered that citrus (mainly oranges) can also cause eczema or an allergic reaction for her. Even though she can now eat tomatoes without any apparent allergy, would it still be wise to keep her off of tomatoes and other nightshades?
Thanks so much!
Briana
