Generally, homemade aioli is safe to eat. While no food is 100% safe, the chance of an individual egg containing Salmonella is very low.

The addition of basil looks like a very good and healthy idea. I have never seen avocado oil here. But the Spanish olive oil is amoung the best in the world. Spain is the biggest exporter of olive oil in the world, but most is sent in bulk to Italy where they mix it with their own, and other lower quality oils understand, to re-export it a much higher prices to the US and other places that pay the higher prices.
