I have a son that is 27 years old and about 4 years ago developed a severe case of possible plaque psoriasis. We have tried many things over the years. His scalp is covered, he has patches on his foerhead and a few on his body. but now his nails are involved and occasionally his hands peel. Is there anything you can recommend? We are desperate.
