In reply to anusha. I changed my protein powder to pea protein (Growing Naturals) and sometime combined with rice protein powder (Growing Naturals). I noticed within 3-4 months that the itching reduced then finally all itching stopped. Had this condition for years....Meds from dermatologist didn't help. I had no idea this change would cure this condition...

thanks for information.I have severe teeth decay and I want to reverse them. I want to follow grain free diet. but I am already thin, and after I started it , I lost more weight and I look bad can you help me please how to follow it without losing weight.thank you
