I have an insole with a heal that holds my feet in position, and has a sort of lump just in front of the center of my foot just in front of the arch. This helps relieve sciatica caused by the shoes and insoles. My second and third toes on each foot experience some numbness. When I go a day or two without the insoles, the numbness goes away but the sciatica resumes. Is there a happy medium? Where can I buy these type insoles for a reasonable price?
