I am wondering the same thing! I had my third baby a year ago and have been doing research on diastasis recti and have been doing a lot of core exercises that I probably should not have been doing.

I can’t tell you how frustrating it was to find out that the main reason for toxic gut is a diet too high in fat. (sigh)

It is virtually impossible for me to lift both legs off the floor or to balance with one foot as my centre of gravity is greatly affected ….

I did my first burst fit DVD today! However I have diastasis recti — separated ab muscles after pregnancy — and recently read to be extremely careful with ab exercises because they can worsen the separation or cause a hernia if you do the wrong ones. I can’t seem to find an article on your site about this topic, but would love your advice on how to proceed in terms of exercise.
