I do a few of these though.. I walk to get my coffee and walk to the copier myself than having someone do it for me. I also walk back home from work (i.e. 3.2 kms – about 4500 steps)
I take quick breaks after meals and go for a stroll in the basement.
I am going to add the stretches to the list and would also be working on my diet.
Oh also, I cook on the daily, so there’s no point fast food is coming near to my tummy any soon.

What is special about this is that you give us ideas to counter our sedentary lifestyles. Thanks Dr Axe for all the great exercises we can do at work or home. I’m going to print this and post it at my desk. I do work with a trainer 3 days a week and on my off days I work out with you doing your Burst Fit video! Wow! It’s really challenging! I love it! When I’m at work I swing from a PC to a MAC all day! Time for some changes! Thanks again Dr Axe!

I sit more in winter than in summer ( I’m a professional gardener)

Just the extra down time in winter involves a lot of computer work that is related to business….my body feels the inactivity of winter….since implementing some of this routine…big difference.
