I can feel my body beginning to change…my legs feel stronger when I go to the mtn with my dog for our walks. My abs are stronger & help me get up & down from sitting or lying down. I have had problems with my arms, especially golfer’s elbow…no, I’m not a golfer…mid thoracic pain…neck pain & restrictions. ‘
I’m only in my 6th week, but all the above is feeling sooo much better/stronger. I have more energy. At first it kicked my bootie, but I preserved & this program is working for me! I am still doing a lot of the modified or low impact, but I know that I have a way to go before I need Dr Josh & Dr Chelsa to create a new one so I can keep getting the benefits of a healthy body & life.
Oh yeah, doc says I have Hasimoto’s too, but I do not have any of the symptoms the other lady was speaking of. Keep on keeping on. Thanks Dr Josh & Dr Chelsa

All I’ve been losing is inches and approximately 2-3 lbs thus far. It’s been an extremely slow process and I’m trying to lose belly fat. I’ve tried circuit training and some strength training and I’m eating every 3 hours, but I don’t see any improvement. I’m also getting severe muscle aches and cramps in both knees during and after my workouts. Do you have any suggestions as to what I can do differently? Thank you…..Heidi

What suggestions do you have for me! I do Pilates 3 x a week but do not get into that “lactic acid” state.
