Hi you recommend the use of dried figs for cancers, but the high sugar content must be a cause for concirn as cancer cells love sugar yes we all know about refined sugars but at the end of the day sugar is sugar

Where can you buy the figs Dr Axe mention… Also I usually buy mine at my local farmers. Market here in Georgia.

I have always loved figs….but was told I should not eat things with little seeds due to diverticolitis (if that’s how you spell it)…so I stopped eating
figs and kiwis. I miss them very much. I do take liberties, and eat nuts and seeds, which I am sure are against the rules, so I wonder if you have
any help to offer me that would allow me to get back to my figs!

What are your thoughts on the “forty figs in forty days”, that being died figs soaked in olive oil for 40 days? What would be the benefit of this?
